Teachers Empowerment Programme conducted in Balaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal

Shirur – Balaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal had organized ‘Teachers Empowerment Programme’ from 2nd June to 7th June 16. It was attended by nearly 70 staff members of both Balaji English Medium and Balaji Semi English Medium School. The programme was inaugurated by the hands of Chairman Mr Sadashiv Anna Pawar. In this training programme eminent personalities from various walk of life guided the staff. Mr Rangnath Hargude (Chairman, Dnyaneshwar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal) said that teacher is the backbone of society. Mr Pravin Jalkute said that a teacher is like a magician. Dr Vishwanath Risbood (Management Representative) guided the staff on developing creativity. Famous Reiki Master Ms. Prachi Deshpande & Mrs Sonika Shah guided the staff on benefits of meditation, image management and stress management.

Ex-Education Officer Mr Shahaji Dhekane gave information about various teaching skills. International speaker Mr Shirish Sebastian gave information about health, stress management, team building, public speaking & leadership. Dr. Dattatray Tapkir guided the staff on life skills. Chairman Mr Sadashiv Anna Pawar, Management rep, Advisor, Principals and all staff members were present for this five days training programme.

Teachers Empowerment Programme 2nd June to 7th June 2016

“BSPM is developing meritorious teachers” Shirur :- A well known organization called ‘Balaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (BSPM)’ has arranged a teachers empowerment programme in Balaji Educational Campus at Shirur from 2nd to 7th June 2016. The motto behind this is “My teachers should be skillful, creative, meritorious & good human being” said the Founder Chairman Hon. Mr Sadashiv Pawar. The 2nd June 2016’s session was conducted by Mr Rangnath Hargude who told about the duty & responsibilities of teachers. Same day’s afternoon session has been taken by Mr Pravin Jalkote on ‘preparation before enter to class’. During his session he had cleared queries about the teaching – learning process. The evening session has been taken by the Managing Representative of B.S.P.M. Dr Vishwanath Risbood sir, on ‘ Creativity’. He told about the importance of creativity is the field of education.

The 2nd day of the Empowerment programme was about ‘Image Management & Reiki’. It has been taken by Miss Sonika Shah, a well known Image Management Advisor & Reiki Expert, Miss Prachi Deshpande respectively. The ex-educational officer & a well known educational expert Mr Dhekane Sir has taken the session on 4th June. He told about text book, lesson plan, year planning & about the evaluation of students. ‘Be the change’ was the subject of session held on 6th June 2016. It was conducted by a well known personality Mr Shirish Sebastian. He said, “Our smile is our best dress-code”.

The last day of the programme has been illustrated by Mr Dattatray Tapkir & the subject was ‘Life Skills’. He had interacted with all & told the 10 important life skills & also told the path to achieve it. During the winding up of this session Mr Sandip Bhalerao, Mrs Yogita Kale, Mrs Swati Chattar, Mrs Shabana Shaikh etc has expressed their thoughts. Also the prizes were distributed to the winners of ‘Teaching aid making competition’. The concept of this Teachers Empowerment Programme was given by Founder Chairman of B.S.P.M. Mr Sadashiv Pawar. To make this concept fruitful, the efforts has been taken by Mr Vishwanath Risbood, Management Representative of BSPM, Mr Kacharu Sonawane, the Academic Advisor of BSPM, Mrs Shubhra Lahiri, the Technical Advisor of BSPM, General Manager Mr Sampat Dhawale, Manager Mr Karbhari Devikar, Principal of English Medium School Mr Dilip Shinde, Principal of Balaji Prathmik Semi English School Mr Vinayak Mhasavade, Head Mistress of Pre-primary school Mrs Sumita Asopa. The anchoring of this programme has been done by Mr Girish Harke & Mrs Shubhangi Sutar, Mr Nilesh Kale has given the vote of thanks.
